Prices listed are F.O.B. our nursery and are subject to change without notice.   Efforts will be made to maintain prices within a half-year season.  Prices listed are wholesale only to the nursery trade. All sales will be for full trays only, no partial trays.  We will arrange for delivery or shipping of your order via best way, or the order can be picked up at the nursery.  Cedarview Farm Nursery offers a 2% discount for cash payments and tiered discounts for number of plants purchased.  See availability for additional info. All first time orders will be paid for either by cash, check or credit card.  After the first order, an in-house credit account may be established.  Print out this credit application, fill it out completely and fax or mail it to us.  Please allow 10-14 days for credit approval.  Once approved, all invoices are to be paid net 30 from invoice date.  Any account 30 days past due from invoice date will be charged 1.5% interest monthly.  Any account 60 days past due will have credit privileges revoked and will be required to pay cash for future orders.  All accounts over 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency and the cost of collection will be added to your account balance.  There is a $30 service charge for all returned checks. GUARANTEE:  We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to name.  Due to conditions beyond our control we offer no warranty, expressed or implied, on our plants once they leave our nursery.  No claims will be considered unless made in writing within 10 days after receipt of goods.  In no case will our liability exceed the purchase price. BOOKINGS:  Booked orders require a 25% deposit.  Orders may be booked at any time during the calendar year, however, all spring orders must be picked-up or delivered no later than June 1 and all fall orders must be picked-up or delivered no later than November 1.  Any booked orders made that are not picked up or delivered by the given date will be returned to general stock and the deposit is forfeit.  No stock will be held from inventory without a confirmed order. (A confirmation number will be given within 24 hours of placing your booked order.)  Orders will be void should injury befall our stock from hail, flood, frost, drought, fire or other causes beyond our control. NURSERY PICK-UP:  Please make arrangements in advance for orders you wish to pick up at the nursery.  This will allow time for pulling the order and assures you of not having to wait.  Please bring suitable plant covering to protect your plants during transit. DELIVERIES:   No deliveries will be made on orders under $500.  Please provide shipping instructions at time of order.    Customers are responsible for unloading plant material.  Our driver will provide assistance by tailgating the order.  Freight rates will be determined at time of sale. INSPECTION:  Each order is provided with a certificate showing that the nursery has been inspected by the State of NC. CREDIT FOR POTS PROGRAM:  As a service to our customers and to help to make our industry even more 'GREEN", we are trying a new program called the Credit for Pots Program.  We will offer credits on both pots and trays that are from our nursery only.  Pots and trays should be counted, stacked and bundled.  We will schedule pickup runs twice per year and will issue a credit memo at time of pickup.  Credit will be applied to your account and must be used within one year.  No cash will be given for pots or trays.  Credit for faster finish tm pots will be $.06 per pot.  Credit for faster finish tm trays will be $.16 per tray.  Credit for one quart pots will be $.03 per pot.  Credit for one quart trays will be $.12 per tray.
